Fried by Fluoride is a one-man lo-fi rock project — bedroom recordings, guitars too loud on purpose, lyrics about chemicals in the water and everything that keeps you up at 3am.
Started releasing in 2020. No label. No plan. Just uploading directly to streaming services and seeing what happens.

The debut album Fried (2020) was the start — raw, lo-fi, no label backing. Fried By Fluoride (2022) expanded the sound. In Excellent Order (2023) is where things clicked for a lot of people. The Great Spirit (2024) was the biggest year yet — singles pouring out constantly, collabs with h4rtbrkr, NEET, collaborations everywhere.
2025: still going. cry about it.
